Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver exceptional service and guest experiences.
  • Plan and implement effective marketing and promotional initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Plan staff schedules and manage labor costs effectively.
  • Prepare detailed reports on operational performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
