We are on the lookout for an adept IT Support Technician to assist our users in East London. This role will involve troubleshooting software and hardware issues, managing user accounts, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting for hardware and software malfunctions.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for equipment repairs and services.
  • Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
  • Assist in implementing IT policies and procedures.
  • Provide support for software installations and updates.
  • Work collaboratively with the IT team to improve support processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Computer Science or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is an advantage
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a tech support role
