Job Description

The Learning and Development Coordinator will play a key role in enhancing employee engagement and growth within Tech Innovations Inc. This individual will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that align with both company goals and individual aspirations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training schedules and logistics.
• Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve training programs.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions as needed.
• Manage the training budget and resources efficiently.
• Provide regular updates to management on training progress.
• Cultivate relationships with training vendors and external facilitators.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
• Facilitate team-building activities as part of training initiatives.
• Utilize data analytics to measure training effectiveness.
• Promote a positive learning environment and culture.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in corporate training or coaching roles

• Learning Management Systems (LMS)
