Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Legal Advisor in Pretoria. You will be responsible for advising on legal matters, drafting contracts, and supporting our clients with compliance. Your expertise in corporate law and excellent negotiation skills will be essential in providing effective solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Advising clients on regulatory compliance specific to their industry.
  • Preparing legal documentation for various business transactions.
  • Conducting due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.
  • Representing the firm at hearings and legal proceedings.
  • Providing training sessions for clients on legal matters.
  • Collaborating with external legal counsel when necessary.
  • Managing client relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Evaluating and mitigating legal risks.

Requirements

Education
  • LLB degree
  • Master’s degree in Law is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of practice in various legal disciplines
