As a Retail Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing the shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, handling inquiries, and providing product information. Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and care.
  • Assist with cash handling and ensuring accuracy in transactions.
  • Keep the sales floor clean, stocked, and welcoming.
  • Support customers with their purchases and inquiries to maximize satisfaction.
  • Implement store policies and procedures in daily operations.
  • Prepare reports on customer feedback for management.
  • Coordinate with inventory management to track product availability.
  • Be proactive in upselling and cross-selling products.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma
  • Further education in Marketing or Retail Management is advantageous
Experience
  • 2+ years in retail, ideally in a customer-facing role
