UX Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our Johannesburg team, where your creativity and expertise will help shape the user experience for our digital products. You'll be responsible for conducting user research, creating wireframes, and prototyping interfaces that drive engagement and loyalty. Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and prioritize design features.
• Produce interactive prototypes to demonstrate functionality.
• Evaluate design solutions through A/B testing and user feedback.
• Document and share design processes to foster a collaborative culture.
• Mentor junior designers in best practices and design principles.
• Contribute to the development of a user-centered design process.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure design alignment.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Human-Computer Interaction or related field
• Certification in UX Design or similar is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design

Certifications

• Nielsen Norman Group UX Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
