Responsibilities

• Monitor customer health scores and intervene proactively when customers show signs of disengagement.
• Identify and develop case studies to illustrate customer success stories.
• Collect and analyze feedback to improve service offerings and customer experiences.
• Manage renewals and retention initiatives, ensuring contracts are up to date.
• Support clients in maximizing their use of our products and services.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree or equivalent experience is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in customer success or a related role

Technical Skills

• CRM Platforms
• Microsoft Excel

Languages

• English: Fluent
