Job Description

We're on the lookout for a passionate Human Resources Manager to oversee our HR functions in Durban. The successful candidate will implement HR strategies, promote employee engagement, and enhance workplace culture. This role involves managing recruitment processes, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities

  • Lead HR planning and strategy sessions.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand HR needs.
  • Manage the implementation of employee feedback mechanisms.
  • Coordinate talent management and succession planning.
  • Ensure effective communication of HR initiatives across the organization.
  • Provide guidance on conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Review and improve employee retention strategies.
  • Oversee benefits enrollment and employee wellness programs.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and legislative changes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree in HR Management is preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
