Job Description

As a Human Resources Manager in Pretoria, you will oversee HR functions including recruitment, performance management, and compliance. Your strategic vision and HR expertise will help us attract, retain, and develop top talent while enhancing organisational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment efforts for various roles across the organization.
  • Establish and enforce HR policies that align with company goals.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee grievances and concerns.
  • Monitor compliance with employment regulations and best practices.
  • Evaluate and enhance training and development programmes.
  • Provide strategic guidance to leadership on workforce planning.
  • Initiate and drive employee wellness and engagement campaigns.
  • Administer compensation structures and employee benefits.
  • Support management in performance management processes.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping within the HR department.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources management
