• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Master's preferred
• Customer Service Proficient in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Budget Management Experienced in managing budgets and financial planning within a hotel context.
• Leadership Able to inspire and lead a diverse team effectively.
• Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills for interactions with guests and staff.
• Certified Hospitality Manager (CHM)
• First Aid Certification
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Conversational)
