Job Description

Join us as a Hospitality Manager where you will be the cornerstone of our guest experience. You will lead the staff in providing exceptional service, managing hotel operations, and implementing strategies for guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead staff training initiatives to ensure high service standards.
  • Establish relationships with local businesses and vendors to enhance guest experiences.
  • Prepare reports on hotel performance and present to upper management.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives to promote the hotel and attract guests.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a relevant field
  • Master's in Business Administration is a plus
