Responsibilities

  • Lead the HR team in executing strategic workforce planning.
  • Design and implement onboarding procedures for new hires.
  • Handle conflict resolution and disciplinary issues within the workplace.
  • Implement diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment.
  • Develop compensation packages and benefits administration.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data for insights.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers in performance reviews.
  • Create and manage employee policies and handbooks.
  • Ensure effective communication of HR policies and initiatives.
  • Oversee payroll management and employee records.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on management
