Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated team in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored assistance.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Stay updated on service changes and company policies to provide accurate information.
  • Contribute to team efforts by sharing insights and best practices.
  • Work towards achieving personal and team performance targets.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate or equivalent
  • Diploma in Customer Care or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or support roles
Technical Skills
  • Experience with Zendesk or similar platforms
  • Data Entry and Management
Soft Skills
  • Empathy
  • Teamwork
Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Xhosa: Conversational

Advantageous

  • Bilingual capabilities (English and Afrikaans): Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Afrikaans.
  • Experience with remote customer support tools: Understanding of tools used for remote customer assistance.
