Job Description

As a Customer Support Representative, you will assist our customers in navigating our products and services, ensuring an outstanding service experience. You'll be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing effective solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer calls and emails promptly, providing relevant information.
  • Resolve issues swiftly while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain customer records and follow up on outstanding requests.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss service improvements.
  • Monitor customer feedback and suggest enhancements to our service.
  • Support onboarding processes for new products and services.
  • Engage in continuous learning about products and updates.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
Technical Skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Live chat software

Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Zulu: Basic

Advantageous
