Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Computer User Support Specialist to provide top-notch technical assistance and support to our clientele. This role emphasizes strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be the first line of contact for technical inquiries and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for a wide range of applications and devices.
  • Assist in the integration of new technology solutions into the existing infrastructure.
  • Conduct follow-up calls with customers to ensure issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
  • Assist in developing training materials for customer self-service support.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple support requests effectively.
  • Contribute to overall team performance and customer satisfaction metrics.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric Certificate or equivalent
  • Diploma or Degree in IT or a related field is preferred
Experience
  • At least 2 years in a tech support role or equivalent experience

Certifications
  • Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
