Responsibilities

• Create structural models and perform calculations to support design decisions.
• Collaborate with municipal agencies for project approvals.
• Assess structural integrity of existing buildings and recommend repairs.
• Lead technical discussions and mentor junior staff members.
• Draft specifications and prepare cost estimates for materials and labor.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk analyses for projects.
• Engage with stakeholders for project updates and changes.
• Facilitate workshops and training for staff on new engineering software.
• Document project processes and maintain accurate records.
• Implement sustainable design practices in all engineering projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Postgraduate qualification in Structural Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on structural design experience

• Revit

Certifications

Languages

• English: Fluent
