Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Lead to spearhead our sales efforts in Johannesburg. You will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious targets.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the execution of sales plans and initiatives.
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring needs are met promptly.
  • Evaluate the performance of your team and provide regular feedback.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to adapt offerings based on customer feedback.
  • Set ambitious but achievable sales targets and motivate the team to exceed them.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration preferred

  • 5+ years in a sales leadership role, preferably in technology solutions
