• Create and manage budgets for e-commerce initiatives.

• Work closely with customer service to address online customer inquiries.
• Ensure that website content is engaging, accurate, and up-to-date.
• Develop strategies to reduce cart abandonment rates.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
• Conduct training for staff on e-commerce systems and best practices.
• Assist in the development of brand guidelines and marketing collateral.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus
• Google Analytics Expert in using Google Analytics for tracking and reporting website performance.
• SEO Advanced knowledge of SEO techniques to improve website ranking.
• E-commerce Platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce) Proficient in using e-commerce platforms to manage online stores.
• Analytical Thinking Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategy.
• Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills for team collaboration.
• Customer Focus Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and experience.
• Google Analytics Certification
• E-commerce Certification
• English (Fluent)

• Experience with social media marketing: Ability to create and manage campaigns across various social platforms.
