Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to join our team in Pretoria. You will be responsible for project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring that all phases of construction are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all construction activities on-site.
• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints.
• Prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
• Manage and mitigate construction risks effectively.
• Implement quality control measures and conduct quality assurance inspections.
• Interact with local authorities regarding permits and inspections.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals and tender submissions.
• Promote a safe working environment and enforce safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in construction management and supervision
