Job Description

We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our Durban team. You will manage various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in building a vibrant workplace culture and supporting our employees' needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment strategy for attracting top talent.
  • Advise management on HR policies and best practices.
  • Facilitate company-wide training programs and workshops.
  • Monitor employee performance and recommend improvement strategies.
  • Ensure all HR activities comply with relevant legislation.
  • Support talent management and succession planning initiatives.
  • Participate in employee relations activities and initiatives.
  • Implement engagement and retention strategies.
  • Manage HR-related projects and initiatives.
  • Cultivate positive employee relations within the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Postgraduate HR qualifications are advantageous
Experience
  • 3-5 years of HR experience in a generalist role
