Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
• Set up and configure new devices and user accounts.
• Assist users with IT-related queries in a timely manner.
• Document support issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Conduct regular checks and maintenance on IT systems.
• Implement security measures to protect company data.
• Train new employees on company IT systems and protocols.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing IT projects.
• Support the IT Manager with various administrative tasks.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a technical support role

• Linux OS
• Troubleshooting Skills

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
• ITIL Foundation Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational
