Job Description

As a Restaurant Manager at Premium Dining Co., you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Pretoria location. This role requires strong leadership skills, as you will manage a team of staff, ensure superior customer service, and maintain the quality standards of our establishment. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and implementing marketing strategies to enhance the restaurant's visibility and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the restaurant team to achieve goals.
  • Ensure food quality and customer service meets company standards.
  • Create and implement effective operational procedures.

Requirements

Education
