Job Description

As a Call Centre Agent, you will play a crucial role in our customer support team. You will handle incoming calls, manage customer queries, and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone with a passion for customer service and the ability to think on their feet.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent qualification
  • Customer Service related certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 1+ years experience in a high-volume call center environment is preferred
