Job Description

In this role, you will assist with daily HR operations, address employee queries, and help implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives. Your contributions will be crucial in cultivating a diverse and inclusive work environment while ensuring compliance with legislation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment drives and manage relationships with recruitment agencies.
• Implement employee wellness programs to enhance workplace morale.

• Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
• Develop and oversee training programs to upskill employees.
• Monitor compliance with labor laws and industry standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Psychology
• Postgraduate studies in HR or related fields are advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in HR generalist role
