Job Description

Join our HR department as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. You will oversee recruitment initiatives, contribute to building an engaging employer brand, and leverage various sourcing channels to attract diverse talent for our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment campaigns and ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote our employer brand.
  • Facilitate candidate assessments and organize selection intereviews.
  • Implement and manage talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs.
  • Support diversity recruitment initiatives and build inclusive practices.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and present to senior management.
  • Liaise with training teams to ensure smooth onboarding experiences.
  • Conduct market research on recruitment trends and local talent availability.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification in HR is preferred.
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
