Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide to support our clients with daily living activities and personal care. The right candidate will work collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure our residents receive the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate personal care and support to clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families regarding care plans.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance caregiving skills.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
• Assist clients with mobility and ensure their comfort at all times.
• Document care services provided and report to the supervising nurse.
• Actively participate in client care meetings and updates.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate
• Diploma in Healthcare will be advantageous

Experience

• 1-2 years experience in a similar caregiving role
