Job Description

As a Property Manager in our Cape Town office, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of residential and commercial properties. Your primary focus will be on ensuring tenant satisfaction, coordinating maintenance services, and managing financial tasks including budgeting and reporting. Responsibilities

  • Build positive relationships with tenants and respond promptly to issues.
  • Maintain the physical condition of properties through regular inspections.
  • Manage financial aspects including rent collection and accounting.
  • Facilitate lease negotiations and renewals.
  • Partner with maintenance personnel for effective property management.
  • Implement efficient marketing strategies to fill vacancies.
  • Handle legal matters involving tenants and property compliance.
  • Develop reports for stakeholders regarding property performance.
  • Coordinate community engagement activities for residents.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or Business Management
  • Advanced Property Management Certification preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in property management or real estate
