Job Description

We are searching for an enthusiastic Healthcare Administrator to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will manage the administrative tasks necessary for the efficient operation of our healthcare facility. This role includes overseeing patient records, coordinating healthcare services, and engaging with healthcare providers and patients to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

  • Administer daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Monitor compliance with medical health laws and regulations.
  • Manage patient's schedules and records.
  • Act as a liaison for patient inquiries and healthcare team interactions.
  • Oversee the billing processes and insurance coordination.
  • Compile administrative reports for management review.
  • Assist in training new administrative staff.
  • Ensure efficient operation of healthcare software systems.
  • Facilitate communication between various departments.
  • Help in the procurement of office supplies and medical equipment.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Management is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare settings
