Job Description

As a Child, Family, and School Social Worker, you will focus on conducting comprehensive developmental assessments and implementing tailored interventions. Your work will be critical in supporting children with developmental delays and ensuring their families receive the assistance they need.

Responsibilities

• Assess and identify children requiring early intervention services.
• Create tailored service plans to support child and family needs.
• Provide therapy, counselling, and direct services to children.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for integrated care.
• Document service provision and progress meticulously.
• Advise families on resources and strategies for child development.
• Engage in community outreach to promote service awareness.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a relevant field.
• Master's degree preferred.

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in social work settings.
