Responsibilities

Serve as the on-site point of contact during events, managing staff and vendors.
Resolve any issues that arise during events to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare and distribute event schedules to all stakeholders.
Create post-event reports, analyzing successes and areas for improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
Master's degree is an advantage
