Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning and Development Director to spearhead our training initiatives. The successful candidate will possess a solid background in developing training strategies, designing impactful programs, and leading a team of professionals dedicated to fostering employee growth.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement innovative training programs that improve employee skills.
  • Align training initiatives with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Develop online learning strategies and implement modern learning management systems.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and implement evaluation frameworks.
  • Manage relationships with external training providers to maximize learning opportunities.
  • Supervise and guide the learning and development team, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions across various departments.
  • Utilize metrics to assess the impact of training and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop communication strategies for promoting learning initiatives across the organization.
  • Engage with employees to gather feedback on training effectiveness and address concerns.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 8+ years of experience in learning and development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
