Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed engineering documentation, including specifications and procedures.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of parts.
• Perform tests and inspections on mechanical systems to ensure functionality and safety.
• Lead design reviews and present engineering findings to management.
• Implement feedback from testing to improve design iterations.
• Support project management by assisting in budget planning and resource allocation.
• Participate in training and mentorship of junior engineers and interns.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a related mechanical engineering position

Technical Skills

• Mechanical System Design
• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE)

Languages

• English: Fluent
