Job Description

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support via phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates are patient, empathetic, and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support customers through various communication channels effectively.
  • Handle and respond to customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Update customer records and ensure that all data is accurate.
  • Proactively identify potential problems and offer solutions.

Requirements

Education
  • Matriculation or equivalent
  • Higher Certificate in Customer Service or related field is preferred.
Experience
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in customer support roles.
