Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction. Based in Nelspruit, you will field calls, address inquiries, and provide prompt resolutions to customer issues. We value team players who are willing to go the extra mile!

Responsibilities

  • Deliver prompt and accurate responses to customer queries.
  • Manage customer complaints with tact and professionalism.
  • Utilize CRM tools for tracking interactions and performance.
  • Assist with onboarding new customers to enhance their experience.
  • Maintain knowledge of company services and policies.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to foster a supportive environment.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Assist in creating customer service reports and statistics.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric Certificate
  • Higher diploma in Customer Service or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years in a customer-facing role
