As an Architect at our firm, you will lead design initiatives and contribute to innovative architectural solutions. In this role, you will ensure that projects meet the highest standards of aesthetics and environmental sustainability while collaborating with a passionate team to bring your creative visions to life.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design process from conceptual development through to construction documentation.
• Mentor junior architects and design staff, providing guidance and support.
• Integrate client feedback into the design process to ensure satisfaction.
• Analyze building materials and environmental impact assessments to guide design choices.
• Conduct final inspections to ensure adherence to design intent.
• Prepare and manage project bids and proposals.
• Participate in professional organizations to further personal and firm goals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Urban Design
• Postgraduate diploma in Architecture is an advantage

Experience

• A minimum of 5 years in architectural roles with a solid portfolio of successful projects
