Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Retail Manager to oversee our operations in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, a passion for customer service, and the ability to lead a team effectively. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing inventory, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a customer-focused environment.
  • Hire, train, and develop staff to ensure excellent team performance.

  • Maintain effective communication with head office and other departments.
  • Monitor merchandising standards to enhance store appearance.
