Job Description

As a Corporate Lawyer at Legal Experts Inc., you'll be at the forefront of providing legal advice and representation on corporate matters. Responsibilities

• Lead corporate legal projects and manage client relationships.
• Oversee compliance audits and recommend improvements.
• Assist clients in navigating regulatory frameworks and legal risks.
• Prepare briefs and other legal documents as required.
• Advocate for clients in negotiations and mediations.
• Provide support for corporate restructuring and reorganisations.
• Mentor junior legal staff and interns.
• Coordinate with external legal advisors where necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
• Master's degree in Corporate Law is advantageous

• 5+ years of practical experience in corporate law
