We are seeking a qualified Tax Specialist to join our dynamic team in Sandton. This position requires in-depth knowledge of tax legislation, compliance, and corporate tax management. You will be instrumental in developing tax strategies that optimize client financial positions. Candidates should have strong analytical skills and be able to work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the highest level of service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file tax returns for clients within compliance deadlines.
• Provide expert advice on tax planning and strategy development.
• Monitor changes in tax legislation and advise clients accordingly.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve tax-related issues.
• Assist in audits and ensure all documentation is compliant with local tax laws.
• Research and analyze tax exemptions, deductions, and credits.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Support financial forecasting and tax implications planning.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Postgraduate qualification in Taxation is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a tax-related role
