Job Description

We are currently seeking dedicated Mental Health Counselors to join our compassionate team. The successful candidates will provide vital support to individuals facing mental health challenges, assisting in the development and implementation of treatment plans and ensuring that clients receive high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed assessments of mental health conditions.
• Design and implement treatment protocols tailored to individual client needs.
• Engage in case management for high-risk clients.
• Provide empathetic crisis intervention during emergencies.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of community resources available to clients.
• Foster collaborative relationships with external health and social service organizations.
• Prepare and present case documentation for team meetings.
• Engage in continuous learning and application of new counseling techniques.
• Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide mentoring and training for new staff and interns.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or Counseling is highly advantageous

Experience

• A minimum of 4 years' experience in a mental health setting, preferably including case management
