Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Customer Experience Specialist who will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a knack for problem-solving and a commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service and support to all clients.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction.
  • Identify areas for improvement in customer experience processes.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing service delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field
  • Additional qualifications in customer service training are preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer experience roles is preferred
