Industrial Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Industrial Engineer to join our team in Durban. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency and streamlining processes to improve productivity. You will be responsible for analyzing workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing innovative solutions that drive success.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing production methods and suggest improvements.
• Create and maintain documentation for technical processes and methodologies.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Assist in the training and development of staff on new processes and methodologies.
• Identify and assess safety risks and develop protocols to mitigate them.
• Continually monitor performance metrics and make necessary adjustments.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in industrial engineering or a related field
