You will handle the complete recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating onboarding processes. Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely filling of vacancies.
• Implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract diverse talent pools.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings for shortlisted candidates.
• Prepare offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
• Provide hiring managers with insights on market trends and candidate expectations.
• Guide candidates through the recruitment process and provide feedback post-interview.
• Review and refine recruitment strategies based on departmental feedback.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with local universities and job training organizations.
• Support employer branding initiatives through various social media channels.
• Analyze recruitment satisfaction metrics to enhance candidate experience.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years in a recruitment role with a proven track record
