Job Description

We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist who is passionate about talent acquisition and has a deep understanding of the hiring landscape. Your role will involve collaborating with departments to accurately assess staffing needs and attract top talent through innovative sourcing strategies. You will handle the complete recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating onboarding processes. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to connecting the best candidates with their ideal roles. You will manage candidate pipelines and utilize data to refine processes, ensuring a seamless experience for applicants and hiring managers alike.

Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for interviews.
• Conduct interviews and facilitate assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills and fit.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to determine hiring needs and job specifications.
• Deliver excellent candidate care, ensuring candidates have a positive recruitment experience.
• Utilize data insights to inform recruitment strategies and optimize processes.
• Assist in the development of job descriptions and interviewing strategies.
• Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the organization.
• Maintain compliance with labor laws and internal policies throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

• 5+ years in a recruitment role with a proven track record
