Aerospace Engineer

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for the lifecycle of aerospace projects from conceptualization through to prototype testing. We're looking for engineers who have a knack for problem-solving, enjoy working in a dynamic environment, and are devoted to shaping the future of aviation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and integration of aerospace components.
• Conduct performance testing and validation of designs.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for prototypes.
• Analyze data from experiments and make recommendations.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Review technical documents and software used in aerospace systems.
• Provide technical support during the production phase.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns in the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in aerospace design and development

Technical Skills

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
• Materials Science

Soft Skills

• Team Leadership
• Communication Skills

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Certified Project Manager (CPM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Project Management Software: Hands-on experience with tools like Microsoft Project or Jira.
• Knowledge of Aerodynamics: Deep understanding of aerodynamics and flight dynamics.
