Job Description

As a Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. You will lead a team to ensure customer interactions are in line with our company standards, while also fostering a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices in customer service.
  • Work closely with IT to leverage technology for better customer engagement.
  • Set and maintain high standards for customer service delivery.
  • Engage with customers through various channels to gain insights.
  • Implement changes based on customer feedback and performance analysis.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience managing customer experience initiatives
