Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and convert inquiries into positive customer experiences.

  • Participate in quality assurance programs to ensure service standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric Certificate or equivalent
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2-4 years experience in customer service or support role preferred
