As a Customer Support Agent, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and effective solutions to customer issues. Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent required
  • Qualification in Customer Service or Communication is advantageous
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
