Job Description

As a Furnace, Kiln, Oven, Drier, and Kettle Operator, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process. Your primary responsibility will be to melt varnish and other coatings off metal surfaces. You will work closely with our manufacturing team, ensuring that safety protocols are adhered to while maintaining equipment and records.

Responsibilities

  • Melt coatings as per production schedules while ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Follow safety protocols when handling hazardous materials.
  • Perform routine maintenance on melting equipment.
  • Document all melting processes and results accurately.
  • Work closely with production and quality teams to ensure timelines are met.
  • Adjust melting temperatures and conditions based on the specific requirements of each task.
  • Keep the workspace tidy and organized, adhering to safety regulations.
  • Drive continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements for processes.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
