Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to oversee client relationships and drive engagement strategies. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure they achieve their goals using our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of customer relation skills and technical expertise to guide clients effectively and foster long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire customer journey from onboarding through to renewal.
  • Identify and mitigate risk factors that could impact client retention.
  • Foster relationships to ensure long-term loyalty and trust.
  • Collaborate with product teams to relay customer insights and advocate for enhancements.
  • Lead customer training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
  • Provide timely feedback to the management on customer needs and product uptake.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution when issues arise.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to provide insights to clients.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management

  • CRM Software

Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Experience in a SaaS environment: Familiarity with software as a service business models.
