Job Description

We are currently looking for a passionate Customer Support Representative to join our Johannesburg team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries and resolving issues to enhance their experience with our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries promptly.
  • Resolve issues effectively using problem-solving skills.
  • Track and manage customer interactions using support ticketing systems.
  • Provide feedback to management on recurring issues or customer trends.
  • Assist in product testing and provide insights for improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during customer interactions.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Customer Service or related field
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
  • Over 2 years of experience in customer support or call centre environment.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Technical troubleshooting skills
Soft Skills
  • Adaptability
  • Conflict resolution
Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Zulu: Conversational

Advantageous

  • Previous experience in technical support: Experience resolving technical issues faced by customers.
