We are currently looking for a passionate Customer Support Representative to join our Johannesburg team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries and resolving issues to enhance their experience with our products and services.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries promptly.
  • Resolve issues effectively using problem-solving skills.
  • Track and manage customer interactions using support ticketing systems.
  • Provide feedback to management on recurring issues or customer trends.
  • Assist in product testing and provide insights for improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during customer interactions.
Job Requirements
  • Matriculation Certificate or equivalent
  • Relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills Ability to articulate solutions clearly to customers.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software Experience using software tools for customer management.
  • Empathy Skill in understanding and addressing customer emotions.
  • Time management Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • English (Fluent)
  • Afrikaans (Conversational)
Advantageous
  • Previous experience in technical support: Experience resolving technical issues faced by customers.
  • Bilingual capabilities preferred: Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages.
