Job Description

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your role will be to assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance on our products and services. Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality support to our customers.
  • Proactively identify service improvements and customer needs.
  • Work closely with other departments to resolve customer complaints.
  • Train and mentor new team members.
  • Prepare reports on customer feedback and service metrics.
  • Assist in managing customer escalation situations.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certification (Grade 12)
  • Diploma in customer service or business management is a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years in a customer support role
Technical Skills
  • Familiarity with help desk software
  • Proficient in data entry skills

Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Sesotho: Conversational
