We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in software testing, from functional to performance testing, ensuring our products meet high-quality standards. You will be instrumental in identifying defects before the product launch, collaborating with development teams to enhance quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed testing documentation and maintain records of test results.
• Identify, record, and track bugs to closure.
• Assist in developing automated test scripts where applicable.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings.
• Provide timely feedback to the development team regarding issues.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and best practices.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance
